Hollie Helland: Welcome! I am a stay at home mom of two small boys. In the last year, I have slowly switched our family to a Paleo lifestyle, which we love! We are not exclusively Paleo, and like to hover right around 80%. Most of my recipes and ideas I share will follow this type of eating, but certainly not all. I will always try to provide substitutions and ideas when I can. I believe in clean, natural eating, and buying the best quality of everything you can. If it's real food, eat it !! I am so excited to have everyone all together in one spot, and can't wait to help each other out ! Happy cooking !
